I was 1 iOS update behind on my iPad and was getting a lot of crashing... Updated to the latest iOS and this game STILL crashes all the time! I can play maybe 1 board without it crashing! FIX THIS!!!
I have made many purchases with their daily specials - rockets, then light bulbs, most recently the shuffles.
In EACH case, the purchased items are GONE after a few days!
I have filed support tickets with their support site, which says that they respond to most tickets within 48 hours... 2 weeks later got a stock email reply asking for many things, - exactly when things lost, exactly what I was doing when they were lost ... ... I replied as best I could, and bought the shuffles most recently. Another week gone by, no reply and now my latest purchase is GONE,
BEWARE! Dont buy anything that you dont plan to use within the day!
NO customer support!
