Frustrated

I did the update last night after the update I went to play and it said I had no lives which made no sense since I hadnt played in almost a week. Then today I load up the game and it has started me at level 1 as if Ive never played the game before. I was at level 350 before this update. So frustrating this is not the first time it has happened to me either.
